After your visit, continue to Agios Nikolaos, the lovely capital of Lasithi. During winter, the town is calm and welcoming. Walk around Voulismeni Lake, explore small local shops, or relax with a coffee by the sea.

Before returning, stop at a traditional olive oil park. See how local people make extra virgin olive oil and taste other Cretan products made from olives. This visit gives you an authentic experience of local life and flavors.
