Boat Trip with BBQ – Spinalonga Panorama & Agios Nikolaos

First, we travel by bus to the port of Elounda, where the boat is waiting. After boarding, we sail toward Kolokytha Bay. There, we make our first swimming stop. You can either swim from the boat or go ashore and relax on the beach.

Meanwhile, as you enjoy the sea and the sun, the crew prepares a fresh BBQ lunch on board. The meal includes grilled pork chop*, Greek salad, feta cheese, bread, seasonal fruit, and a glass of wine or a soft drink. In addition, a vegetarian option is available upon request.

After lunch, we slowly cruise past the island of Spinalonga. During this part of the trip, you can take photos of the old fortress and admire the coastal views. Then, we stop again for swimming between Spinalonga and the village of Plaka. Here, you will have about 40 minutes to enjoy the deep blue water and peaceful surroundings.

In the early afternoon, we return to Elounda. Next, we visit a local olive oil park. There, you learn about the production of Cretan olive oil and taste a few samples.

Finally, we stop in Agios Nikolaos, the capital of Lasithi. Here, you will have free time to walk around the lake, relax at a seaside café, or explore the local shops.

At the end of the day, we return to the hotels with beautiful photos and wonderful memories of Crete.
