Clearly, therefore, our staff (drivers, escorts, tour guides, etc.) attended the Health Seminar of the Region of Crete [Coronavirus (SARS-Cov-2): Prevention and Prevention Measures in Tourism Services] and have the corresponding certification.

Our main concern, is the safe conduct of our excursions and because of this the following actions will be implemented continuously:

  • Customer thermometer before boarding the bus.

  • Antimicrobial disinfection of the air conditioning filters of our buses.
  • Available gloves and masks at the entrance of the buses, antiseptics at both entrances of the buses.
  • Providing an individual, environmentally friendly bag for waste.
  • Use of mask and gloves by staff.
  • Observing the recommended distances and marking them on and off the bus.
  • Boarding only from the back door of the bus, disembarkation from both doors to avoid overcrowding.
  • Bus fullness according to current legal provisions, at 65%. A bus location plan has been set up, with the corresponding vacancies for keeping distances.
  • Maintaining the same positions by customers throughout the trip. In our buses there will be numbered seats, the guide will indicate to each customer his position and will record in the existing seat plan the voucher number of each reservation so that it is possible to track in case of a collision.
  • Dealing with a possible case: in the event of a case Covid19, our staff is trained to deal with and isolate the potential case. He will take care to minimize contact with other passengers, provide him with all the necessary personal protection measures and will immediately inform the competent authority (EODY), whose instructions on a case-by-case basis will follow with our main concern on the one hand the safeguarding of the passengers and on the other hand maintaining everyone's composure, as panic is the worst advisor.
