General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between the travel agency TOURLINE (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency” or “Tourline”) as the organizer of excursions, and passengers participating in the excursions. By booking one of our tours, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, and you agree to comply with them.

Incurance Coverage

We provide insurance coverage to our customers during our tours. The insurance is valid from the moment passengers board the bus in the morning, during the whole excursion, until the end of the trip.

The liability insurance generally includes:

  • Personal injuries for each individual.
  • Material damages to third parties caused by each accident or series of accidents resulting from the same cause.
  • Group accidents, regardless of the beneficiaries.

Additionally, the insurance covers personal harm to third parties or customers caused by food poisoning due to the consumption of food or beverages during the trip. This applies if at least three (3) individuals are affected by the same cause and exhibit identical symptoms.

Please note that this insurance does not cover cases related to pandemics. Therefore, the company holds no civil liability for such incidents, provided all health protocols are strictly followed.

Prices & Itinerary

All excursions are subject to change without prior notice. Descriptions, departure times, itineraries, pricing, and locations are accurate at the time of publication but may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances. The provided descriptions and excursion durations are approximate and based on predefined points of interest.

Changes, whether before or during the excursion, may occur and are sometimes unavoidable. Such modifications may be implemented at our sole discretion to ensure the best possible experience under the circumstances.

Changes or Cancellations

We strive to ensure that your excursion proceeds as planned. However, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally require us to modify or cancel an excursion without prior notice.

Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, insufficient demand. Most of our excursions require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the required number of bookings is not met, we may need to amend the itinerary or cancel the excursion entirely.

Local or National Holidays
During public holidays, access to certain facilities—such as museums, archaeological sites, and religious landmarks—may be restricted.

Unexpected Delays: Queues or traffic delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every effort, where possible, to minimize any inconvenience to our customers.

Popular Attractions: Some attractions may experience overcrowding during peak times. In such cases, we will adjust the order of the excursion itinerary where feasible to enhance your experience and reduce inconvenience.

Weather
Our excursions run in all weather conditions, whether rain or shine. However, in cases where weather-related safety concerns arise, we may need to amend or cancel a specific excursion to ensure the safety of our customers.

If we cancel your tour due to weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.

Children

Excursion pricing and additional costs are generally structured as follows:

  • Infants under 4 years old travel free of charge but do not occupy a seat.
  • Children aged 4–12 years old receive a 50% discount on the standard price.

If there are any exceptions to these policies, they will be clearly indicated in the tour description.

Please note that all passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older.

Departure Locations & Time

The exact pick-up location, along with the departure time, will be detailed on your ticket. Whenever possible, a map of the location will also be included.

Once you receive your ticket, your booking is considered finalized and confirmed.

Travel Documents & Tickets

Please allow 24–48 hours for your reservation to be processed. Once completed, you will receive your tickets and confirmation voucher via email at the address provided.

Upon receiving your tickets, review them carefully. You must present your voucher (printed or via phone) to your guide or driver at the designated pickup point. The tickets will include essential details about your tour, such as the meeting location, pickup time, total payment, and any included extras.

Payments

Payments for our services can be made using the Regiondo platform, subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Regiondo.

For selected excursions only, a cash on board payment option is also available.

Please note that any additional expenses incurred during your trip must be settled directly at the time the service is provided.

Personal Possessions

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal possessions. Passengers are advised not to leave their belongings unattended at any time, whether in vehicles, boats, or other locations.

In the event of lost items, our team will make every effort to assist you in locating and recovering them. If you need assistance, please contact us, and we will do our best to provide support and guidance.

Restrictions

During your excursion, you are required to follow all reasonable instructions provided by the excursion leader. Any illegal act, or behavior deemed disruptive, threatening, abusive, or likely to endanger the group’s safety, comfort, or harmony, may result in your immediate removal from the excursion. In such cases, you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning to your accommodation, and no refunds or compensation will be issued. Additionally, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any expenses caused by your actions, and criminal proceedings may be initiated where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend or cancel excursions to accommodate local conditions and ensure participant safety. We are not responsible for disappointment due to events beyond our control that prevent us from delivering services as planned. Furthermore, we accept no liability for the acts or omissions of third parties, including site owners or operators of properties visited during the excursion.
